Reflection: Social Media for SEO & Social Networking

This week I researched on social media sites I could promote my website on and on the list I made I considered Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. From this list of sites I carefully considered which one of them could best help me in reaching more following. I learned of other social media sites that can also help me with promotions of my business which are Snapchat and Tik Tok. I learned that I could put up pictures of my products there on any of these sites for my followers to see. This could give me a lot of following and perhaps sales. I learned that I could make short videos for my Facebook page for my followers and friends. Adding links of contents I have posted on my website ton Facebook and other social media handles and pages will make it easier for my followers and friends to see and patronise my products.

Reflection: Landing Page Optimization & Website Optimizers

This week I learned about Landing Page Optimization & Website Optimizers and I learned five things I could do to optimize my page which are: Select appropriate keyword for anything that I produce. This is because that is how users will find me by the keywords that I produce. Having a quality content. This is because to have a quality user-experience will depend on the quality of the content on my website. 3.Checking frequently for broken links. Make my website mobile friendly. The rate of people using smart mobile phones increase daily and so if my website is not mobile friendly, I would not have the user experience I deserve. 5.Including video in the website. I think that it is easier to get the attention of users with a video than with blog posts. I have learned that the use of direct keywords is very important in the optimization of a website.

Reflection: ROI & Optimizing Ad Performance

This week I learned that "the three components to a successful e-commerce store are traffic, conversion, and sales." It is really important to see how many are visiting your website which connects with conversion then leading to sales. I know that getting more people to purchase on your website can be a challenge or it may come easy.  I learned that conversion codes are used to track the behavior of a user and also to be able to know what they do when they are on your page and even off your page. This helps because it is able to make you make helpful decisions. Using track codes can help you select a particular item of focus which you would like to keep track of. I think it is a very great tool to use as it drives towards helping the website attract traffic and also monitor the decisions people make when they visit the website.

Reflection: Relevance & Quality Score

I learned that Keyword Relevance Quality Score has a bigger effect on your ad placement than how much you bid. As a result, if you're looking to improve your ad position, or the frequency with which your ad is shown to searchers, the most effective use of your time is spent in testing new ads that could increase your CTR which is the biggest contributor to the "Keyword Relevance" Quality Score. I have learned that a lot of things could make an ad not bring the traffic it deserves to a site because of the lack of focus. Placing emphasis on the item and not just lots that will veer users from the main focus is what you have stated. Running two ads could help attain the goal of being specific. I learned that in order not to confuse your users the landing page must be updated to something that applies to what is said in the advertisement. Otherwise, people will just get confused and end up leaving the website without buying anything or contacting the business to buy someth...
